Lemoyne Star Quilt Jewelry - enameled sterling silver
Our Sterling Silver LeMoyne Star Quilt Jewelry (also known as Eight Pointed Star) is a well-loved, favorite pattern of American quilters. It made its appearance very early in the nineteenth century and is named for two French Canadian brothers. It is said that the Le Moyne brothers founded New Orleans around 1699. This quilt design was found on their family crest.
Our Silver quilt earrings measure 1/2" square and has red enamel defining the pattern. The quilt earrings come with secure, comfortable sterling silver lever-backs (see photo) or sterling silver french wires (not shown) which are more economical but equally nice.
An 18" sterling silver chain is included with the small necklace, 20" with large necklace. We also offer a single Silver Quilt Block that can be used as a Charm.
The ear wires, chains and other parts are solid sterling silver and 100% made in the USA. Our Silver Quilt Jewelry designs are made by us in our small Lake Placid studio and are only available on this website or if you see us in person.
